Home Staging - Initial Consultation
Boston Home StagingTM's Lisa Kauffman Tharp will visit the property and evaluate it, inside
and out, to recommend specific improvements for selling the home quickly, and for top dollar.
Initial consultations typically last from 2 to 3 hours, depending on the size and condition of the
home. The result is a detailed and prioritized list of improvements that specifies what is
needed to fully maximize the property's selling potential. With respect to the client's budget,
care is taken to utilize existing furnishings whenever possible within the overall plan.
Clients can decide which parts of the home preparation process (all, some or none) they
would like to handle themselves.
Full Service Staging
In addition to the Initial Staging Consultation, the Boston Home StagingTM team can handle
some or all aspects of the staging process, if the client prefers. Full Service Staging includes
furniture and decor rearrangement, color recommendations, lighting and accessorizing,
decluttering and organizing, landscaping, painting and repairs, and supplemental furniture
and decor rentals, if necessary.
